Scope
These terms apply to SomeAI's software, managed services, and messaging services, including Charlotte OS and all associated phone numbers.
Business Use Only
SomeAI's products and services are intended for business use by authorized clients. We do not offer services to the general public or consumers.
Messaging Services
Our SMS and MMS services are invitation-only. Recipients are pre-authorized business contacts. Use of these services implies acceptance of these terms and our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Acceptable Use
- Use our services only for their intended business purpose.
- Do not attempt to access, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service outside its documented scope.
- Do not share access credentials or invitation-only contact channels with unauthorized parties.
Data and Confidentiality
Business data provided to SomeAI is handled per our Privacy Policy and any applicable master services agreement with your organization.
Limitation of Liability
SomeAI provides services "as is" and disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding twelve months, or as specified in any applicable master services agreement.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to clients directly.
