About SomeAI
SomeAI is a research and operations company building Charlotte OS — an operating system for business operations. We provide software and managed services to business clients (B2B). We do not operate consumer-facing products.
Information We Collect
When you engage with SomeAI — including through our messaging services (SMS/MMS), email, or phone — we collect:
- Contact information: name, email, mobile phone number, and business affiliation, provided by you during engagement.
- Business context: information related to the services we provide, as required to deliver those services.
- Messaging content and consent records: SMS and MMS messages you exchange with our numbers, and the record of your opt-in consent, are processed to deliver service and retained for operational and compliance records.
We do not collect data from consumers or members of the general public via our messaging services. All messaging participants are pre-authorized business contacts.
SMS / Text Messaging (A2P 10DLC)
SomeAI operates a registered Application-to-Person (A2P 10DLC) text messaging program for operational and service-related communication with authorized business contacts.
- Consent / opt-in. We send SMS/MMS only to contacts who have opted in — in writing, verbally, or during onboarding — to receive messages from SomeAI. Opt-in is never a condition of any purchase.
- Message types. Operational and service notifications, account and security notices, and responses to your inquiries.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. We will send one confirmation and then stop sending messages.

Mobile information and opt-in data are never sold or shared for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except aggregators and the providers of our text messaging services, and then solely to deliver the messages you have requested.
How We Use Your Information
- Deliver software, operations services, text messages, and responses to your inquiries.
- Maintain records of business communication and consent for operational continuity, audit, and regulatory compliance.
- Improve our internal systems and the quality of our service.
Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information. As stated above, mobile opt-in and SMS consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only:
- With the specific client or organization you engage us on behalf of, and only as relevant to the work.
- With the service providers that support our infrastructure (cloud hosting and messaging/SMS providers), under contractual confidentiality, and — in the case of messaging providers — strictly to deliver the messages you have requested.
- When required by law.
Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Infrastructure runs on Google Cloud Platform and Firebase. Access is restricted to authorized SomeAI personnel.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information — including your messaging records and consent — at any time by emailing jack@someai.com.
