Scope

These terms apply to SomeAI's software, managed services, and messaging services, including Charlotte OS and all associated phone numbers.

Business Use Only

SomeAI's products and services are intended for business use by authorized clients. We do not offer services to the general public or consumers.

Text Messaging Program (SMS/MMS)

SomeAI operates a registered Application-to-Person (A2P 10DLC) text messaging program. By providing your mobile number and opting in — in writing, verbally, or during onboarding — you agree to the following terms:

Program. SomeAI operational and service messaging.
Message types. You will receive operational and service notifications, account and security notices, and responses to your inquiries.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
Opt out at any time. Reply STOP to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send any further messages unless you opt in again.
Get help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at jack@someai.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information and opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Acceptable Use

Use our services only for their intended business purpose.
Do not attempt to access, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service outside its documented scope.
Do not share access credentials or invitation-only contact channels with unauthorized parties.

Data and Confidentiality

Business data provided to SomeAI is handled per our Privacy Policy and any applicable master services agreement with your organization.

Limitation of Liability

SomeAI provides services "as is" and disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding twelve months, or as specified in any applicable master services agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to clients directly.
